Views on Finance

My father was a big car enthusiast when i was growing up and was always attending motor races and car shows so that he could see all the old cars and then tell me his stories from when he was growing up with those cars around him on a daily basis. He looked the part and always reminded me of the old poor quality films where the driver would be driving with a scarf around their neck and goggles on and i could always imagine my dad in that kind of gear. My first job was as a mechanic which i loved but also was tired of keep cutting myself and then getting told off for cussing that i decided to give up that job and i went to work with one of the many motor trade insurance companies that i had heard about.

When i first started the job with the motor trade insurance company i was just doing general things really and i was getting a bit wound up as i wanted to jump straight in to the deep end. I then got moved up so that i would compare prices for the customers and then i got put in to the job that i had been wanting to do for ages. I was then going out on a daily basis to various companies to try and make them new customers of our motor trade insurance. I have always been the kind of person that gets really bored very easily especially when their is nothing around to do so even when i wasn't going out selling our motor trade insurance i would constantly be pacing around the office looking for something to do that could pass a bit of time.

I still work for the company, although i do have my eyes on a few different better paying jobs. The hours i am spending at work at the minute are quite long and i don't get to spend that much time with my family which i would like as my girlfriend has just given birth to a little girl. My partner understands that i have to put the hours in at work to get a decent wage packet but i am looking for something a little different and probably out of the motor trade. I have always wanted to be a gym instructor so i am currently saving up some money to buy my own building that i can then turn in to a gym.
